Health Tip of the Month
Cut back on cold foods in general, but especially when the weather turns cold. Have warm oatmeal instead of cold cereal for breakfast. Have warm soup instead of or with your salad. Red wine instead of beer. Lukewarm water or tea instead of iced drinks. Cold foods are harder to digest than warm foods and when your stomach/spleen have to work harder, it takes away from the other important functions they need to do.

Product of the Month
At this time, there is no Product of the Month. I am working on a Newborn and First Month’s Baby Oil, a Cradle Cap Oil, a Colic Blend and a Sleepy Time Blend. I will try these on my child first and then sell them at the shop.
