Salts are a fabulous and inexpensive way to exfoliate and cleanse the body. They are most commonly used in the bath or as a foot soak, but also make great scrubs when blended with oils. Salts soften and purge and are perfect after a massage or hard day.

There are a variety of sages, but the one most commonly used for cleansing is white sage. This white sage is highly prized for its strong aromatic properties.

Use it for healing, blessings and cleansing. Especially good when moving into a new apartment, after a bad break-up, or if you simply want to cleanse your mind and body.
